Peritoneal Dialysis results are variable but is easier to use this mode of therapy. In general, hemodialysis is regarded as more efficient. Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysys (CAPD) or Cycler PD when the Peritoneal Dialysis is done with a Cycler Machine at night are already available. Peritoneal Dialysis has its limitations, and may not be suitable for all. When compared to Hemodialysis, PD is less efficient as the years go by.
